The package includes a 25ft carbon fibre pole, a brush head made of nylon, a 30m hose, a swivel head attachment, a tap connector, and a hose connector fitting.
How do I extend and retract the cleaning pole for different heights?
Our extendable cleaning poles are designed for easy extension and retraction. Simply flick the lock on each section to unlock, extend to your desired height, and flick back to lock in place securely. To retract, follow the same process in reverse.
Do your cleaning poles come with water purification features like a DI tank and resin?
Yes, we offer DI (Deionization) tank options for water purification as extras if required.
How often do I need to replace the resin in the DI tank?
The frequency of resin replacement depends on the quality of your water and the volume of cleaning you do. As a general guideline, when the Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) reading goes above 0-10 ppm on your TDS meter, it's time to replace the resin.
Can I use my own water purification resin with your DI tanks?
Yes, you can typically use your own water purification resin with our DI tanks, as long as it's compatible with the tank's specifications. Be sure to follow the manufacturer's guidelines for resin use.
How do I check the water quality with the TDS meter?
Using the TDS meter is simple. Fill your DI tank with resin and add tap water. Allow to sit for 10 minutes, then dip the TDS meter into the water. The meter will display the Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) reading. Ensure it remains within the recommended range of 0-10 ppm for optimal cleaning results.
